Hopefully PTREE will add her own Insightful comments...My experience is that the salt water enemas are Not mandatory unless you find you really are having a problem Eliminating...but PTREE will tell you--Drink lots and lots of water...
I Automatically just Did the Salt water enema thing. Which I regretted on my first day. Having Woken up and had a Fine bowel movement Before taking even my morning P and B shake !!! So my opinion is it is Overkill!!!
And PTree will tell you as well--Don't OverDo the senna and herbal laxatives...
