I've been going through the archives and your popular! You wrote a while back that the salt water will help draw water from the body -- and so toxins -- into the bowels for elemination BUT NOT the plaque. I was under the impression that on the Lemonaide Diet plaque would eventually be released. Did I miss something?

On the Lemonaide Diet should I expect plaque???

And while I'm on the subject, I didn't get the feeling you were a "believer" in the salt water part of the fast. What fasts have you come to trust?
