I've just finished doing 11 days of The Master Cleanser (actually 10 days on the lemonade and 1 day of just water) with the Bentonite and psyllium. I was able to eliminate a 1.5 foot rope....but that was about it. As well, I seem to still be constipated!

This was my 2nd fast...the first one was about 2 years ago...and I actually felt much better that time. My eyesight improved and my sinuses cleared up. This time it wasn't until the 11th day that my sinuses cleared up...and then just barely.

I haven't resumed my normal diet yet...but I did start eating last night. Now it is one full day after I started eating. Yesterday I took 2 doses of the b+p and the day before 2 doses as well. Yet I have not had any eliminations in 3 days!

Also, I took 2 cup of Smooth Move laxative tea yesterday and 1 cup the day before...and 1 the day before.

Any suggestions?

Also, should there be a CONSTIPATION forum?
