I've just recently started reading posts on this forum, and have no idea who you are talking about--but I would guess the same person would be contacting individual members directly.

I found it to be useful information in what I got through a direct email, and after being on other forums for some months, it was information I hadn't heard before--but I don't know if it's what you are referring to here.
