Try sticking to raw food as much as possible. Then you probably won't need any "rebuilding" materials.

On the other hand, you could go for something like Awareness Corporation's products. One of them (it's called Harmony, I think -- it's either Harmony or Experience) is an herbal rebuild program. (The other one, Experience?, is their colon cleanser.)

I used one from Yerba Prima (Men's Rebuild or something) as part of my colon cleansing, and, well, my Bowel Cleanse went pretty well, but I can't vouch for the rebuild part of it -- I was doing too much at that time to be able to dissect my program and note what each little part was contributing.
