I would like to know what products can be used to rebuild the colon after it has been cleansed. I have done a colon
cleansing program for three months and feel I am to the end
of that--no mucoid plaque and I am have at least 2 bowel movements a day.

In the past I have had trouble with becoming consipated as
soon as I go off of a program and that's why I think I need to rebuild and retrain my colon.
