True. An unhealthy liver could contribute to BO in a major way. I did try the Liver Flush few months ago, got no stones so i left it there. Have you personally tried it and seen positive results? I know this question may sound vague since everyone has their own symptoms.

I normally use the sauna for 10mins at 70-80'c which i think is sufficient. You think its advisable to rub castor oil over my body before getting into the sauna? Some more info would be appreciated
