starting to cough up stuff.....

took red clover and elecampane

and tribulus terrestris by quantum herbal products


I have been taking ACV...but, I did it in the hot toddy, ACV/
honey/hot water....

started to expell stuff within 15 mins, and stopped caughing


I am going to get lobelia......everything I read says that stuff really expels the junk outta your lungs....


will report back!

any other suggestions>?
