may i suggest trying some oil pulling. there is a forum here on curezone. experiment with different oils until you find the one that helps you the most.

also, along with the supplement that vulcanel suggested, find some organic lethicin and take that. organic egg yolks are good for that too. and of course, lots of vitamin C.

hey, i didnt even mention iodine! thats because everyone should already be taking that.
