Hello Mouseclick,

I think I may be quite reasonable on the technical know-how and knowledge of NH & fasting, but I think my support skills are definitely lacking in comparison to many other members.

I also think Fonty has the advantage of knowledge and support, which is a blessing to this and any other forum he decides to participate in.
