Hello, Chris, and welcome back:))

As u see, as soon as Andrew and you has left the forum just for couple of days, we had quite a discussion here! I got terrible flu the same day you, guys, left. But now I almost recovered. I was water fasted for 52hh and today I have decided to eat. It is fine. No regrets. Plus I know myself perfectly well (at least on this stage it is quite difficult for me to control my desires to eat after a fast. When I finished my 10 day water fast, the 2 things which held me from eating crap were: 1)I didn't want to waste 10 days efforts; 2) I didn't want to have problem with my stomach (I was VERY AFRAID of it)... Anyway.... This is not time for me to long fast :)

Chris, can you, please, tell us if a person was on just water for 2, 3 weeks when he/she can eat concentrated protein (nuts, fish).
