Thanks for the flag. Of course, it is probably different for each person. My hemmorhoids would bleed, if I had that many BMs in one day. They are internal; but prolapse at toilet time; so I have to be careful when I wipe. I'll have to remember to tell Charlie about this; as well as any blood thinning herb, such as stinging nettle.

I think it will be different for me anyway. I've already abused casgara sagrada, so a little more should not affect me so much.

But thanks for the updates. They are helpful. They allow me to keep a list of things to ask.
