I have silver fillings and have had no problem, I have also taken vitamins since I started drinking the water 3 years ago. At the time I was on anti-inflammatories and other medication but I no longer need anything. I think it's a good idea to take vitamins anyway as long as you don't overdo it.

Don't worry about the electrical charge, it's so mild you won't notice it.
