I tried SJW in the past with no noticeable effects. I am going to try 5HTP as soon as it arrives. I haven't been taking anything for the Adrenal problem because I've been nursing for the past three years. I decided to wean because my stress overload is becoming too much. A healthy mother is better than one in an institution (or not alive). Thanks for the info on the book and Dr. Wilson's site. I will look into all of it later tonight when I get more free time.
