I contacted seagate products and they said 28 capsules equals 1/2 cup as their capsules are 1,000 mg each.
but the link for the Epsom Salt capsules no longer works :( and can no longer find them
i've had great result with the olive oil capsules from seagate sure wish i could find Epsom Salts already encapsulated but i currently have to do my own
