Hi Roooth,

I'm not sure if it was my fast you read about or not but you are absolutely correct about the fact that you will heal on a juice fast. I did a 40 day Water Fast and followed it up with a 40 day juice fast two months later (raw food in between). I feel that the majority of my cleansing was completed on my Water Fast while I definately noticed more healing going on during my juice fast. I can't comment on broth though, I've never drank any. :)

After my experience, I couldn't agree more!
