I'm very sorry that you're going through what you are right now. I recommend reading "The Mood Cure" by Julia Ross. I followed her advice, and now take St. John's Wort three times a day and 5-HTP as needed. They have been great for my depression.

What supplements are you taking for your adrenal condition? How well are they working for you? I was taking Licorice Solid Extract, Adrenal Drops and Adrenal Complex Capsules for my AF. Now I'm only taking the latter supplement, and I'm phasing it out.
