Yeah, Sky22, I think you are right about it. Actually there were two reasons for u to feel bad. First one - overeating. You body just couldn't manage those amounts of food and couldn't accumulate it. And, secondly, due to ur eating of nuts (the food your body was not ready to digest on that stage of you re-feeding) your body has been 'freaking out'.. Definitely we learn from our mistakes! :)
