Keep up the hard work.  I'm sure your body will thank you when you are done. 

It really is nice to hear how others are doing.  I do better when I don't drink much.  My appetite is triggered by drinking too much.  The only time I do a whole glass of water at a time is when I get a headache.  The water really helps at those times.

 My little mantra: Fast for health and the weight will follow!
