hi Sky and Chocolatecake,

this is for sure a question i wish Chris and Fonty were here to answer! i have struggled with candida in the past, but i had hoped that with my 20 day fast (and also Sky's 19 day fast) that we would have killed off all final vestiges of the candida. so even if we did eat some fruit/nuts/dried fruit it would be okay since there'd be no yeast to feed?
