Hello Everyone,

I was wondering what has been everyone's experience with fasts?  I have done several 3-5 day fast before.  I am trying now to build up to a 10 day fast.  I am starting another fast today, after a 4 day fast ending last Thursday.  I find the headaches, aches & pains and salt craving unbearable sometimes.  I would love to go for a 21-30 day fast, but I don't know if I'm healthy enough right now.  I will let my body tell me when its ready.  I also have read, "Rational Fasting" by Arnold Ehret, and he recommends frequent shorter fasts instead of longer fast.  I would suggest anyone wanting it fast read up on as much information as they can get there hands on.
