I eat meat and fish, eggs etc. Everything in moderation is my motto. I really don't believe in eating just fruit, or just this or that. Surely we need balance.

I sometimes feel we are all getting pushed down the rawfood route, because we want to waterfast, when alot of us don't really want to.

Okay may be necessary to refeed on it for few days.

I'll probably get shot down in flames for saying that but that is how i feel. I do have fruit and salad and vegetables which are mostly lightly cooked, steamed mostly, and as i've said in another post, my consumption of it may increase naturally with each fast, but i'm not going to force it.
