I have mixed 6 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement with 1/4 teaspoon lime juice to activate for 3 minutes. Then added 1/2 cup distilled water. Pour that into a nasal spray bottle; and use soon. I don't know how long it lasts in the bottle.
