Oh no, not in hindsight. I was perhaps snappy with my reply.

My reference to herbivores... I mentioned it because as I understand, they often have different enzymes that break down many things that we simply cannot. And they often have different intestinal bacteria which further break down things that we cannot. And I think it's easy to forget that when we get wrapped up in eating raw foods.

I personally eat meat but I don't feel this is right place to get into any dispute about it.

but yea again, it's just my opinion and you know what they say those are like. I feel way better if I avoid many raw foods and it makes sense to me why. imo raw food is not always inherently the best thing to eat.
