Hi Frank

I have reached 15 drops yesterday after taking a month to do so,
mainly out of fear of initially aggravating the colitis
I had a little bleeding before taking it but as soon as I got a little more diarrhea a few days in it diappeared. I moved up in the last week at one drop a day so 7 to 15 in a week and now diarrhea is lessening a bit, still no blood or discomfort. Diarrhea has never been bad or urgent and no nausea even.
I felt very tired and odd yesterday but all around me have been having colds and coughs so maybe it was that, but I had no cold symptoms cept a stuffy nose
I'm staying at 15 once a day now and see what happens
I have switched to lime juice as a whole teaspoon of this seems a bit less harsh than the citric and is now easy to measure
