Okay, since the fast has completed, i have done my best, eating mostly raw foods, and eating fruit and veggies, and nuts, but in the past few days, i have noticed I am bingeing(how do you spell this?) Oh my gawd, and I have been eating Dates, and nuts, fruit, and veggies, but seriously, I feel so sick, yet, I can't seem to stop! This is really odd for me because I had a really good eating pattern before the fast...I think I will have to fast tomorrow. I can't take the pain. Has anyone had this issue after fasting before?
