Is there any benefit to a salt flush? I mean 1 tbsp of celtic or sea salt in 2 liters of warm water, first thing in the morning.
I'm starting to realize I really need your liver tonic, but would the salt flush not also help to clean out the intestines, especially when the problem includes parasites?
Or is it not helpful?
