I must also say this was really inspiring! I have been wanting to do a three day fast since my last fast, and I have not had the self discipline to do this. I have been eating non stop! It may be heathy food, but it is not healthy for me to be eating this way. I really want to fast to slow my mind down again. I think when I broke my fast I did it with alot of fear from talking to doctors, and a naturopath who disagreed with my fast. Now I am ready to do this again, even for just a short time for now, so thank you for this website, I will look into this link very often over the next few days to prepare myself!
