I'd like to join you guys if that's ok. I'm new here.. The longest I've fasted was 3 days. I have a hard time with staying motivated, but with help from all you wonderful people I'm sure I'll be able to do it. I'd like to fast 10 days. I'm young [17] and I'd like to lose about 10 lb. But more than that, I want to cleanse my body. I'll be starting tomorrow! Keep me updated!
