This is why I love this site. Thanks to Starbrite and Ptree for the helpful info. I am going to get right back on the Bent/Psyllium right away and not worry if I have to do a "wet and wild". That is what my husband and I call an enema because we don't like saying the E word to each other.) I know we are dorks!
