I tried the bentonite/psyllium for about 4 days but got SOOO constipated and experienced pain and hardness in my abdomen as well. I was drinking MORE than enough water but could only relieve myself with either an enema or a laxative tea. (Never had to do either of those before this cleanse attempt!)
I want to cleanse and expel plaque but don't know how to get past the constipation without "help". Or is it ok to help it along with enema/tea?
Any suggestions from you or others would be appreciated. (Please don't say drink more water, though, because I SWEAR I was!)
