Okay, the label on this bottled water says it contains .4 mg of fluoride per liter (each bottle is a liter). I drink atleast 3 liters per day which means I would be getting 1.2 mg of fluoride from this water.

I know tap water has between 1 and 5 parts per million, but in terms of mg I'm not sure what this is.

Is 1.2 mg of fluoride alot?
