brain fog is clear..I am around a one out of ten since I still have a bit of tenderness on the bone just above my eye.

My stomach is still about a four, but that is good since that is the best I have been in years. Yesterday is supposed to be my worst day of the month due to hormonal problems...I used to be around a 12 out of 10 for that day....so considering that, I think I am making progress.

Thanks for the energy gift.
