I've noticed a lot of people experience hunger long after 3 days. It makes me wonder if people exaggerate when they say that the hunger disappears. They will probably argue that it is not "true hunger". Whatever that means.

You haven't eaten in 4 days, fasting isn't supposed to be easy. I'm sure it will come in waves though and it won't be constant if you just tough it out!
