Hey Southern Belle !!!

Well, you know I have had trouble with Dr. Schultz...I just COULD NOT take that stuff. After reading posts from everyone taking the bentonite/psyllium, I decided to try it. It is really easier than the formulas #-1 and #-2. And, the psyllium husks have orange flavoring..(the only kind they had) so, every morning and every night, I drink one Tablespoon of each, which it tastes like " ORANGE TANG"...remember that!!!

I just didn't know if it made your stomach hurt.( or the side of your stomach, where your colon would be) Like it is bruised. I am going to take it for about another two weeks, which will make 3-weeks. I am going to ""The Outer Banks"", for vacation, November 16th, for 2-weeks, an will not take it with me while I am there. I want to be healthier by then.

I am 'trying' to eat better, but, you know how that is *smile*.

How are you doing? It has been a while since I have posted anything. I have missed everyone!!!
