Ditto on those sentiments.
And also the previous - rice pasta is just a mushy mess!
But brown rice tortillas are surprisingly good, FWIW.

Just accept that you're going to feel bad for a long time before you start feeling good, but when you cross that bridge you're going to feel fantastic!
