Hi everyone!

I am on the psyllium/bentonite combination, and want to hear from others that have 'been through' this experience.

I started taking this combination 5-days ago, and it has caused both sides of my lower stomach to hurt, like I have 'pulled a muscle' in that area. Most of what I have expelled is very dark and sometimes it is just a 'ball of jelly stuff' Is this normal? Is the soreness from the Bentonite pulling stuff off the wall of my colon? Sometimes I hurt so bad, I cannot sleep, or turn over in bed, because it hurts. I give myself an enema in the morning to relieve the fullness. Is this also normal?

I was on Dr. Schultz for a couple of days, but stopped because ,#1. it was 'black' nasty tasting stuff, and #2. it really constipated me too much. The psyllium/bentonite is much, much better tasting!!

Any comments would help..This is my LAST attempt at cleaning my colon!!!
