well, after being on the warrior diet for the last 4 1/2 years I have decided to go off of it and pack on some weight again. It did serves it's purpose in terms of detoxing my body from years of over consumption of supplements and high blood sugar.I have learned and done soo much in terms of experimenting and trying out different things in terms of diet/nutrition and I have come to the conclusion that the standard 3xday meals are the best for me,breakfast lunch and dinner.Possibly shakes in between for now since I am trying to get my lean mass up.I have simply become so thin (though still muscular) I feel like a waifer most of the time,I used to think the lean & mean look was soo cool and it made me look younger, hard as a rock and tough but in all honesty I am tired of feeling so skinny in my clothes lol.

Still gonna eat healthy,proteins/veggies/complex carbs etc.

It's just time to pack on some real size again..this time the right way.

I highly suggest the warrior diet for people trying to loose weight, detox and clean out their system but in terms of muscular size you really have to eat ALOT at night and that was simply something that I could NOT do,even when I was starving I'd eat only enough to fill me up then I won't be hungry for a long time which isn't great for adding size..to get big you simply have to eat big and on this diet plan, you can eat whatever you want but trying to consume monsterous ammounts of calories at night is not only tough on the gut but it kills the appetite as well..

best of luck to everyone who tries it out and you all are more then welcome to ask questions anytime!!~
