Thanks Trapper. I do think, if you are intuitive enough, that you just know what is needed or you crave in foods what was needed. Before I got on the Iodoral, I used to crave sushi and artichokes. Both are higher than normal in Iodine levels. Although most people are either too busy or so laden with poor health, intuition is not there.
