I have been taking the Bentonite (sonne's #7) and metamucil for 3 days now and i rarely have a bowel movement. Although when I take the metamucil by itself I go often. What am I doing wrong? Should I use the #9 with the #7, I changed because I can't drink the #9 with or without juice.

Also, can I use this to lose weight. I am about 315 is one teaspoon of Bentonite enough for someone of my weight?

How long should I stay on this regimen. I want to clean my systems as well as lose the weight.
