I tried Nascent Iodine (Magnascent brand) and I am getting good results. I previously used Lugols, SSKI , detoxified iodine, and a variety of other forms. This is the best one so far. The nascent Iodine provides more noticeable effects, including increased energy, vitality, and better overall health. I take 3-5 drops or more per day sublingually. I also use it as a topical antiseptic.

Nascent Iodine is also known as "Atomidine." It offers the most basic atomic structure, which the body immediately recognizes and assimilates, and is highly bioavailable. I found Nascent Iodine at Integrated Health:
