Doc, when does one start to consider this? When one feels like most of the parasite load seems to be knocked back? When one has enough energy to lead a life around activity again? When the liver seems cleared out enough and the digestion is strong enough to eat more protein? Very confused on this point. I realize I'm not there yet, but I also think gaining 8 pounds the last two months was strictly survival and getting control over not being in the bathroom half the time and has nothing to do with 'rebuilding' in this sense.
