We don't need experience. You're telling a fasting forum the whole basis for which is to put LESS in our bodies not more and you're wondering why we're against it? As I said in the previous post tongue in cheek I would no more poison my body with a 'cleanse' for some sneaky little alien worm hiding in my left armpit than I would drink tap water instead of pure water for fear of having all my minerals pissed into the loo. :)
