it works fine but just make sure you take a probiotic with it and several times throughout the day. I saw one person said they got thrush from it. The problem is that whilst cleansing is highly needed for IBS it also has a catch 22 as you know and fluctuates with a high amount of diarrhea so you absolutely have to take probiotics whether you take the Oxypowder or not.
Also remember to take only small amounts of insoluble fiber with food on your stomach and shoot for quantities of soluble fiber.
