Thanks Steve~~I was already in bed when you sent
and I was able to get a good nights rest. All the
beds here are futons so it is a challenge when you
have an injury such as this. Getting up off the
futon takes all the muscles I injured. Funny, my
right lower back was also yelling like crazy although
not the pain of my shoulder and rib area. So I could
tell what you did helped since the lower back was
still hurting but the shoulder was not. The doctor
said it may be a couple of weeks for everything to
calm down so I know some patience and BF&C will
help. Also taking some Dr. Christopher's Complete
tissue and bone...ice...

I appreciated your healing hand ~~:)
