I believe that you are right that baking soda will stop the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement process. I did not know that baking soda will penetrate layers of skin.

Vitamixgirl, can you tell us/me the purpose of a baking soda bath? This is a new one on me. I'm always open to baking soda stories. It's amazing; and amazingly healing.
