I have used both Lugols and iodoral. I only use Lugols now due to being referred by friends to a lady who has helped them greatly. This lady does Contact Reflex Analysis along with acupressure points. I tested well for the Lugols but tested no for the iodoral. So that's why I personally prefer taking the lugols.
