Ingredients:

2 oz. castor oil
2 oz. avocado oil
2 oz. almond oil
3 oz. cocoa butter
1 oz. beeswax
44 drops(don't ask why, I'm fixated on that number) Lugol's
& enough distilled water to add to Lugol's to make 9 oz.

In a glass measuring cup(with oz. marks), measure castor, avocado & almond oils. add cocoa butter to bring measure to 9 oz. Add beeswax to bring measure to 10 oz. place in hot water bath on stove and heat gently. Stir with chopstick til beeswax & cocoa butter are melted. Remove from heat and allow to cool to body temp. In another cup, put in as much Lugol's as you desire and add water to 9 oz. place in hot water bath, bring up to body temp. Good to do this as oil is cooling...

Then, I use a bowl & hand mixer...put Lugol's/water mix in bowl. Turn mixer on to high, slowly add oil blend...depending on what you use to mix(blender, mixer,...) emulsification can take any where from 2- 10 mins....EMULSIFICATION! MAGIC! VOILA! The cream of wombat is good to go, rub it into your sore muscles, allow it to sooth your world-weary soul, feel the warmth..... :) !!!!!
