i think chris has really hit the nail on the head and i'm confident that things will work out :)

i've just recently bought a whole bunch of fresh fruits and greens and i HATE letting good food go to waste, so once i've finished all that i'm going to do the three day fast and adhere strictly to the mucousless diet. i will most certainly give progress updates.
