You're sure you can't move the same rib on the other side?
I have similar symptoms to yours, thous not entirely constant pain. I have mostly constant discumfort then 10 times a day some painful spasms under the ribcage, below the ribcage, on the right side of the ribcage, in my back and sometimes up to my neck.
I have problems with fatty food but also sports/straining seems to bring the pain at least as much.
For me it started 2 days after straining in yoga and jogging. Nowadays the pain is worse than ever and what I've mostly changed is lifting weights moving out of my apartment.
Could these sports have damaged our internal organs?
I have done the same tests as you except the HIDA scan so far, but like you, even with a bad result I wouldn't want to loose my gallbladder right away because it feels like it would only delay the problem and fix the consequence, not the cause of the problem.
I'm also investigating the food allergy theory, I definitely have food allergies and IBS, but haven't figured it all yet.
I'm 28 years old, healthy, 145 pounds.
The pain doesn't physically prevent me from doing anything, it's just getting me crazy, and I think it's part of a vicious cycle that makes it stay.
I hope we get other witnesses of the same symptoms and possibly solutions!
